The symbolism of the old Lithuanian little crosses, suns, plants and birds is very well known from our folklore to everyone. However, these symbols spoke out in a new way - warmly and originally.
Ethnographical motives relate mostly to Christianity: let’s say, the wheel, “soothes” a harsh intersection of a cross and symbolises the redemption and at the same time it is a Sun sign. Apparently, it is very simple; until now - very strong and influential.
Today, to base glass plastic on ethno motives is one of my the most favourable fields of art: I have been looking for it for a very long time; it is original and already “speaking”. I have noticed that every of these creations make a special home atmosphere: they fill the home with peace and harmony.
